unethical behaviour
On dated 16-08-2017 i have changed my air tel DTH setup box from normal to HD, for that i have paid 1050/- charges to jyotirmayee interprises.(600/- for setup box, 250 for adapter and 200 for my Monthly recharge amount (My plan is 199/- for month). But after Change the machine (Setup Box) my monthly plan changed from Rs. 199 to 292 per month, extra 93 charges putted for HD Roi upgrade charges, so why i paid this amount after paid 850/- rupees

On 24/25 June 2017 one of your person came to my office to collect my documents aadhar & photo to port my number from reliance to Airtel.
& told to me number will be activated by 28th June 2017.
He gave me one Airtel sim card & told me your card will be activated within 2 days, card is already activated on 28 Juneau I put that above simcard in my telephone it was not working till Date I called him many times on given no. [protected] name bipin, he replied me there was a mistake from our side & you go to any Airtel galley and tell them to speak with me because I'm from Airtel head office I reach to Airtel gallery Mumbra station & show the simcard which is given by your sub dealer & told them that Airtel head office said to to replace this card with new one that the person from gallery check my no & told me that your card is already activated on 28 June 17. The card given to you is fake card, same time she called on above given no & talk with Bipin at that time bipin was requesting to replace the card with new one, but she refuse to give the card & told bipin you have to send the card to customer its your duty that discussion on 07 July 17, till today 10 July 17 they didn't send me the card & not receiving the call. Today I got the card from Airtel mumbra gallery were I again paid rs.30/- and submitted the documents.
Bought new twice simcard still same issue.

I am using Airtel prepaid card from Kota, Rajasthan. I was using this sim in Rajasthan as well on roaming. But suddenly my mobile is showing me sim card registration failed and I am not able to use the sim card anymore.
Please let me know how I can activate the sim again. I am having the balance on this sim and also having Validity. This is very important number as it's being used for all official calls. I don't want to miss any calls on this number.
Please tell me what is the procedure to get it activate again.

Its been three days and I am not able to connect to Airtel Broadband.
They claim to have open network, but have not got any information as to why is this happening. Tried reaching customer care, I gave the registered mobile number, the person could not.find it. I logged in to Airtel portal, got customer I'd and shared with him again an he still couldn't find it. And kept on saying that it's invalid.. I told him that I am logged in but instead of giving any solution or alternative, he kept mumbling that my details r not right

We are a corporate company.
We have broadband connection with Airtel.
Though we have made payments every month through cheques, i get repeated calls from airtel saying there is outstanding amount due.
For the proof we had to send our bank statements also.
They apologized in a mail stating it is their mistake and they have not accounted one of the cheques.
But after a month again i started getting calls from them repeatedly for the same matter.
also we are being charged late fees every month for no fault of ours.

My airtel number is not rechable most parts of the day. I have complaint many number of times but I always get false promises! I am a student and I am fed up! Please take strict action against this! Stop making false claims and doo smthng.
I have sent a series of mails to the nodal officer and the customer care executives but I dont think any of them care or are even capable of doing anything.

4g internet and server up-down in every moments
Dear Sir,
I complained about Airtel Internet Service for 4G connection (Ref. No. is COGCL20623788336 registered on 23-June-2017 14:58). The 4G pack 1GB per day / 28 day is not fruitful for me which I recharged last. I am not benefited customer after recharging it for Airtel server down problem. Net surfing like as Facebook, Whatsapp, Clash of Clans etc. is not smoothly in every time. Is it good service by Airtel for their customers!

I got a call at my airtel no [protected] from Mr.Anil Chowdhari (mob-[protected])who gave me a proposal of installing a airtel tower at my land. I agreed to the proposal.Then I was informed to send the land doc., ID proof & Bank a/c details.Later I was asked to open a life insurance pol. Worth rs. 15000 in HDFC life insurance co.I did that as per the instruction frm Miss Sneha Roy(mob-[protected]). I have received the policy([protected]) where agent is mentioned as Netambit Insurance Broking India Ltd., add-C-20 sector-7 Noida UP.Later Mr Ruhit Roy ([protected])asked to deposit rs15000 for NOC.I deposited amount in the a/c of Amit Kumar Das, ubi, Maniktala branch, Kolkata after getting a confirmation call from Mr Rudra Roy([protected]). I informed this matter to nodal officer of nesa & wb.They instructed me to complained to the police.Since proposal was given using company logo in the proposal that was sent to me, airtel company should file complain against them and take necessary action to refund my money.If airtel company doesn't take any action these frauds will also cheat others by misusing the company name & logo.Please take the matter seriously and take proper action.

airtel 4g plans and false promises
At first when these 4g services struck India (thanks to jio) people started to buy/port their numbers to jio. Due to high network coverage and fallback options I decided to port to airtel from bsnl (dated 14th june 2017). I own a 4g handset thus my first 4g recharge was Rs. 348 for which they promised 1gb data/day and unlimited calls for 28 days. Let me get into the hidden facts which many airtel prepaid customers dont know, i.e. 500 mb day time and 500 mb night in all of their 1gb/day plan. And also free calls limited to 20 hrs/month. Thus this Rs 348 and 399 offers do not provide "unlimited free calls" as promised. Soon after my first 1gb data got over, they denied to provide remaining data saying that this offer is not valid on my number! I complained to the customer care ppl, I got 3 different info from 3 different staffs. First one told me the plan is active and will take an hour to get activated. Second one accused me of not filing a complaint. I mean wtf! How will a customer know about hidden policies? Finally the third guy asked me to wait for 48 hrs untill he sorts my problem. So no internet for 2 days. The point I am trying to make here is that even a customer who is new to Airtel service is misguided and promised falsely (first impression). I really couldnt imagine 280million customer mark that airtel has. This is a false service provider filled with false promises. Indeed airtel is an open network(open in cheating). One thing that every airtel customer needs to do is fight to get what is theirs.

bill discrepancy happening for last 8 months
Below is the email I sent to Airtel but not got any response.
Hi Team,
Its really frustrating and disappointing to chase you people after my bill gets generate for my mobile number [protected]. There is always a bill discrepancy and if you check for last 8-9 months, you will find the truth.
Not sure if this is intentional or every time this system makes mistake. You guys seriously need to take some measures if you say its a system fault every-time.
Last month I opted for this 1 day international roaming pack for 1 day i.e 14th May 2017. You people out of greed added 2 extra days for which I was not aware neither agreed. While activation, I clearly mentioned to the customer team that I needed only for 1 day.

I hope you can figure out where the fault is and can remove this this 2 days extra charge of Rs 1298 and correct the bill.

deactivated sim card
My Sim Card which has been used by me for the last few years has been deactivated since Mar 2017 due to non usage... Kindly advise way to reactivate the number as Iam using the same number for all my personal communication. Iam willing to change the number to Post paid, if necessary to ensure that the sim does not get deactivated automatically. My Mobile number is [protected]... My airtel number is [protected]
They sent me a bill of 4k+, when asked why i was told it was my data usage.
While on my airtel app it still shows 3 gb data left, whats the purpose of showing those details if they are wrong? I talked to customer care, i sent them the screenshot of myairtel app to have confirmation that data is left, but to no avail, i just keep getting calls everyday asking me to pay.
they do not provide any details, no reason why the app shows wrong details, just they want to bill customers wrongly.
Moreover i had stopped using any data on the day my bill went 2600, but within a week now it has crossed 4000/-, what an utter nonsense; m gonna close this number n NEVER NEVER gonna have airtel. These people are pathetic.
P.S. my bill never crosses 700 mark

sim card lost
Hi,
I have lost my sim and could able to connect also, when I call the number it says not a right number. Not sure how to get back the airtel sim and the same number [protected]. Please help here and consider this case. Its been lost more than a month now and tried to contact Airtel store but they said I need to contact other service provider as I transferred to Airtel more than 3 years now. Its so weird why I need to contact the other service provider as I was using service of airtel. Additionally, my airtel sim was showing active till year 2030+ not sure why its blocked now. Please help me in getting the number and sim as quickly as possible or guide me through the process.

mnp of my mobile no. [protected] from postpaid to prepaid with circle change
Dear Sir,
I have 1st request for MNP of my number [protected] on 3rd April-17. After 10 days your care people (Gajawaka mail brach, near Kotak Mahindra bank, Vizag) say they lost the documents and ask for resubmission of the all documents. After 3-4 days I have submitted all documents to them on 19.04.17. After that I asked to deposit 1390 Rupees to clear my outstanding, those are coming fault of your Airtel care personnel.
I have also deposited Rs.1390 on 23.04.17 for clear my all payments. We are not getting my new sim activation.
Please take matter seriously as I am not responsible for all roaming bills.

prepaid to postpaid connection
I requested for porting my airtel prepaid number into post paid on 14.04.2017. After all the verification tomorrow i received a message for televerification process from airtel . And the networks of m sim gone. 24 hours are passed and still my sim is not activated. Kindly activate my sim immediately as am suffering from many problem without the sim . Fix the problem immediately otherwise i will change my operator.
Yesterday i Complaint about not activated sim . Airtel Executive called me to deliver a new sim yesterday after 7 pm . Today its a another day and still i have not received my sim nor a single call or message from airtel. I am very much disappointed from airtel services. They are very irresponsible . I am customer of airtel from last 3 years but now i think i should change my operator. Because i am not getting reponse from airtel. Kindly resolve my problem. Or tell me clearly that you can't do.

Complaint against Service Provider: Bharti Airtel, Complainant- Anshuman, Mobile No: [protected], SIM-[protected] Respected, With reference to above it is state that I am a bonafide subscriber of Bharti Airtel since decades . That I have been allotted Mobile No: [protected], SIM-[protected] that the said mobile is not working the complaint bearing reference No: PR04900040 but the grievance was not redressed . Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

4g dongle hotspot
I recently bought airtel wifi 4G hotspot from airtel outlet. I was told if I recharge by 345 before 31st of March I will get 1GB per day. I also got 5 GB starter bonus data. As time went by I soon started getting low balance/data massages and internet stopped in a few days. I asked the vendors and they said I need to talk to customer care. Customer care people said 345 recharge gave me only one GB data and unlimited calls for one month which I cannot use with my modem. I distinctly remember 1GB / day on 345 pack on airtel.in recharge portal. Feeling cheated and misinformed.
