We placed a $93,000 order for "Infineon" diodes from WYA America/WYA Europe in November 2022.
The first shipment we received looked suspicious. We had them tested at our expense and our fears were confirmed: They were counterfeit. WYA eventually agreed to send us replacements, which again, after testing at our expense, proved to be counterfeit. We demanded a refund for the cost of the product, the testing expenses we incurred and for the fraudulent charges they applied to our UPS account. To this day, WYA refuses to honor their money-back and other gurantees.
WYA America is a registered LLC in Wyoming, but the location is an empty storefront. The counterfeiters use aliases and operate out of Africa.
Desired outcome: Refund. Also, I'm posting this information in the hope that other buyers read this and stay clear of WYA America/WYA Europe.

Well, I am of the opposite. WYA Europe has been our supplier since 2021 and nowhere have we been supplied counterfeit parts not have they withheld our money without delivering. I believe your situation must be unique which perhaps can be solved between both companies than subjecting each other to unbridled bad reviews. We have had excellent services with the company.
This may be true. I worked in the company the USA branch. The company tried all possible means to mitigate the problem but Chris Electronic refused. The fault was not directly from WYA America but its supplier in China who has closed down their company after this incidence. The noble company of WYA has asked Chris Electronic to take this complaint out of reviews so as to mitigate this problem amicably.
