I require a new charger for the above mentioned batteries. Well… on the site there is no indication what charger is compatible with these batteries. The main complaint though, is the inability to contact a human being on the customer service line. Horrendous . Never ever purchasing a product from this company or its parent company, or holdings of that owner of these companies. Absolutely horrendous. I am not putting my private number into a database in order to speak to someone at customer service. Horrendous! Do better!
