I canceled my service in April and paid the partial payment for April. Next thing I get is a bill they call "cart removal fee" for $75! They actually expect me to pay for them to come pick up their Trash can. I called their customer service line and told them it will not be paid to no avail. I just don't want to see this on my near perfect credit report as 30,90,500 days late because I will never pay it
Desired outcome: I would like to see it gone and for no one to be expected to be charged for something like this. It's just a money grab

A "cart removal fee" is just a petty cash grab — and you're right not to pay it. If they dare ding your credit, dispute it immediately with all three bureaus under the FCRA. Send Waste Management a certified letter demanding they prove you agreed to that fee. They'll fold.
