I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Walmart Checks. I ordered some address labels way back on March 5th, and it's now March 30th and they still haven't arrived. I called them up last Friday and they said they'd send a replacement on Monday, but I still haven't seen anything from my original order. So I called them up again and asked for a refund, but the lady on the phone was super rude and snobby. She even laughed at me when I told her to cut the attitude! I mean, come on, that's just not cool.

Anyway, it's now April 4th and I still haven't received my labels. I did ask for a refund, but it hasn't shown up in my account yet. I'll update this review if it does. The customer service rep also told me to keep the labels if they do eventually show up, which seems kind of weird to me. And as for the supposed replacements they were supposed to send, I haven't seen those either.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Walmart Checks. I was really hoping to get my labels in a timely manner, but it seems like that's just not going to happen. And the customer service experience was just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

It has been a whopping 5 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my checks. They couldn't even confirm whether or not my checks had been mailed out yet.

This is extremely concerning to me, as somewhere out there, someone may have access to my banking information. And yet, Walmart seems to be completely clueless about what may have happened to my checks. I would strongly advise against using Walmart's online ordering system if this is the kind of service they offer.

To make matters worse, Walmart claimed that I had agreed not to be able to track the shipment of my checks. This came as a complete surprise to me, as I don't recall ever agreeing to such terms. Why on earth would anyone order checks and not want to be able to track them if they get lost?

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Walmart's lack of transparency and accountability in this matter. It's hard to believe that a company as large and well-known as Walmart would operate in such a careless and irresponsible manner. I would caution anyone considering using Walmart Checks to think twice before placing an order.

I ordered some business checks from Walmart Checks on December 14th and I paid extra for two-day UPS delivery. It's been over a week now and we still haven't received any packages. I was really frustrated and decided to contact Walmart Checks customer service to find out what was going on. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was connected with Cindy. She didn't seem very helpful and just kept giving me lip service. She even got a bit offensive and started talking back to me. She said she would give me my delivery money back and told me to go pick up the checks myself. After all her bickering, she finally told me that I would get the checks on December 26th. I don't think she ever intended to call UPS to find out what was going on. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and I would never order checks from Walmart Checks again. I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.

I was really disappointed because Walmart is usually very upfront about their pricing and always offers a cheap pickup option for regular merchandise. It seems like Walmart Checks is a whole different company with different policies.

Overall, I would not recommend Walmart Checks. Their hidden fees and bait-and-switch tactics left a bad taste in my mouth. Stick with a company like CheckAdvantage that is transparent about their pricing and doesn't try to trick you into paying more.

I used to be a regular customer of Walmart Checks and I have to say, they were pretty good back in the day. However, my recent experience with them was not so great. I ordered two designs - Star Wars Mandalorian and Kittens. As other reviewers have mentioned, they added a processing fee which was a bit of a bummer. But that's not the worst part. The checks I received were of terrible quality. They looked like they were printed at 30 dpi using an inkjet printer. The designs, text, and lines were all grainy and difficult to make out. It was a real disappointment.

To make matters worse, my Star Wars checks weren't even cut properly and had a border on one side. The spines were also crushed, which made them look really unprofessional. I mean, come on, Walmart Checks, you can do better than this!

And don't even get me started on the packaging. Instead of shipping the checks in a simple cardboard box, they shipped them in a flimsy cardstock folder with the checkbooks glued to the inside of it. Needless to say, they got all banged up in the mail. I was really upset about this.

Honestly, I could have printed better checks myself at home with my laser printer. I'm really disappointed with the quality of the checks and the overall experience. I don't think I'll be buying from Walmart Checks again.

I recently ordered some checks from Walmart Checks (walmartchecks.com) and I have to say, I had a bit of a mixed experience. I needed to order some checks because of money laws, and I was told not to write on the Amazon one (which I found pretty funny, to be honest). Of course, I ended up voiding that one, so I had to get a security check instead. I didn't want to spend too much money, so I went for the cheaper option, which had fewer numbers.

I took this same check to the bank multiple times, but they wouldn't accept it because it had a Snoopy design on it. I was pretty annoyed, but I ended up using it at BB and it worked just fine. After that, I decided to order four new checks. I remember specifically ordering a security check this time, but when I took it to the bank to cash it, they started interrogating me and saying it wasn't mine. I had a cover on the check, which they returned to me, but I never actually received the security check that I ordered.

Despite these issues, I did find that there was another place that accepted checks - Ace Cash Express - for a 3% fee. Overall, I think Walmart Checks is a decent option if you need to order checks, but just be aware that there may be some issues with certain designs and security checks.

You idiots! I stupidly downloaded the “new improved version”. Now I can’t get in at all! I have to go thru getting back on the 2-step verification. It took me forever to do it last time as I work pms & the only people that know how to do this work days. That means I have to go in on MY time off and try to find someone. Our staffer was injured and is off on leave so supervisors are covering and most have no idea what they’re doing. I shouldn’t have to do this from upgrading an app I already have!

Every since I downloaded this app when I started work in July 22 of 2020. I didn’t have no problems, then a few weeks ago it wouldn’t allow me to log back in I even deleted the app and downloaded it again and I’m still having trouble logging in, Now I have to wait until I get to work to log in write down my schedule because the app is not helping me like it was before. It was a very useful and helpful app. I’m praying the issue will get resolved.

Absolutely terrible. I can’t even use this app anymore because it completely locked me out after two failed attempts at my passcode because I was typing it in too fast. And then when I tried deleting the app and re-downloading it, it still thinks the app is downloaded so now I can’t even use it to clock in and out anymore. So now I have to completely restart my phone to see if that works because I have tried EVERYTHING. The ask Sam feature was fantastic when im working but nope can’t use that anymore.

App was working fine 2 weeks ago. Then all of a sudden I could pull the app up. I have an IPhone 6s can’t do nothing now says I need to do the 2 step which I did at work. Said I’m all ready signed into it. Unbelievable that I can’t access it through my IPhone or my computer at home...Why the hassle of trying to get your work schedule, covid test or to get your pay stubs? I don’t understand it...I’m not the only one who is having problems with this...I don’t have or get time to log into the work computer.

I cannot sign in because the spot to write your store number at the bottom of sign-in page is missing. Very frustrated. I used to be able to easily access my schedule on my home computer, but ever since the Walmart website “updated” recently, the only place I can access my true schedule is at the store on their computer. All I get at home is the old schedule page with days missing on my schedule! I have had trouble with the phone app before, that’s why I prefer to use my home computer. Now I can’t even do that.

This app is used for checking schedules, requesting time off, receiving notifications, doing pre check testing for Covid, and more you would think it would work.

The pre check testing is supposed to allow you to do it 15 minutes before your shift but only works at the time of your shift.

The sign in only works for a week or two then you have to log back in which is understandable for security. But it doesn’t work. You keep getting an error message. You have to uninstall and reinstall it. But that’s if it works.

It won’t let me login to this app at all. It’s been going on 2 months that it won’t let me login. It keeps saying error. It’s been like this on and off since the app came out. I have to delete the app update my phone then it off and on. I thought it was my phone but I got a new phone and the app still won’t let me login. Please I need this app to work to see my work schedule. My phone is up to date. I don’t know why the app won’t let me sign In. I already did my two step verification as well and still nothing works.

I’ve had so many issues with this app. It kicks me out and makes it impossible to log back in. The push notifications 2step verification doesn’t work at all which leaves you to rely on the security code app which doesn’t work either considering that every code doesn’t work then kicks you out after 3 attempts. Then when you go to your store to get a ticket it takes forever to receive one in order to get back into the app. It frustrates me so much. Hoping to see these issues resolved because the scheduling function of the app is actually helpful.

My app signed me out about 3 weeks ago and I literally cannot sign back in it keeps saying “error workspace one access encountered an error contact admin and provide information displayed below” it gives an error code and says cookies aren’t allowed. it is a huge inconvenience to me I can’t check my schedule clock in or out or do my health screening unless I am physically in the store using a computer. I have tried putting a ticket in i’ve deleted the app 5+ times and re did two step verification and it will not let me back in. my log in works for any other device except the app..

I have Safari as my default browser and the error message that is displayed when i try to sign in tells me that it does not support cookies. I have taken a look at my settings and my cookies were enabled as well. I have also spoken to my manager about the issue but they were clueless on how to solve it.

This app worked fine for 2 months and then all of a sudden, I can’t even open it. It will load saying “[protected]@walmart” and then kicks me out to my home screen. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled to see if that was the issue, but still did the same thing. My iPhone 6 is updated to what is most recent. This is just quite annoying as I do the covid screening before going to work, and now I can’t. This app at one point was convenient but is now taking up space on my phone. It was nice being able to see my schedule as well as available ships and such through the ability of my phone, for the little time it lasted.
