Purchased products for new house 5000 sq foot home

we have just opened the last of the boxes for the final stage of the new home building and found 20 boxes of flooring defective,
One side had the male floor area and the opposite side has no female adaptation to connect the 2 —
Lumber liquidators will not even respond to my phone inquires.

I will never but from them again and will warn everyone I know NOT to buy from them
