Harbor Freight Tools

Bought the winch but did not open the box until after the 3 month return policy had expired. I realized then the cable was frayed.. and I could not use the winch. I also realize I was outside of the 3 month return policy but it would have been a nice gesture to at least receive store credit. As I have bought many tools from Harbor Freight. I was disgusted, and left the receipt and winch at the store and walked out..
