Just Energy Group

When wife signed up for service we told them we wanted to do averaging of the bill...That was 6 months ago! I got with them today and they told me it would be another 1 to 2 billing cycles for it to be completed and done...This is what they told my wife every time she called...
Looks like they have been trained this way to up the income averaging amounts being paid in...
When I told them I was going to change energy companies they just said "ok"... Do not choose this company...unless you really like being stressed out and waiting on the phone 30 mins at a time with no results...No stars with this review period...
