I placed an order in August. On Sept 1 I began trying to contact NYandCo because 1 item was not included (although it was marked as delivered on the packing slip). For 2 days, my emails were bounced back to me.
I finally received a response on 9-4-23. I was told I would receive a refund. Since then, I have NOT received a refund. They keep telling me it takes time.
After almost 3 months, no refund. No help from the horrendous customer service reps.
