I did not receive a bill for to make a payment. Instead you did not tell me I missed a payment. I got a letter saying pay two payments now or lose my insurance. You said I might lose it anyway. I been with farmers for years. This was wrong. I made the payments right away. I think I deserve better. Let me know what is you say.
