Copart - Non bidding members deposit refund

I have made several attempts to Bid after many failed attempts to upload legal documents with Copart Representative telling me that - (All looks ok); but after a month, I still have No Privileges as other members.

Dishonest =is described, as the taking of one's funds with No-% Return Value, holding it for an Extended Periods of Time, without sharing the Earned Profits from that share from another"s property.🫨

This is also Foul Play, - how I am being Treated and the Reasons Why, I am Still Waiting on my Depositssince a week ago 😞

Desired outcome: "Immediate -&-Full)- Deposit Refund"-&-better Business Ethics
