Moe's Southwest Grill

Please explain how this bowl was worth almost 10 dollars. No one would be screwed like this for simply using mobile order my husband simply wants chicken. Rice and cheese. There is hardly any rice. This is sinful. This location is awful to begin with but seriously stop robbing people. When we could go to chipotle or qudoba and get excellent service and a substantial amount of food. I'd like a refund for this poor excuse of a meal.
