WinCo Foods - Bad management

So my mother-in-law's car got hit by the cart return person and tried to talk to the manager and get information for insurance and he said he's not giving her any information just leave her number and she will get a call tomorrow this happened 11-19-23 around 2:50 pm she finally got a call today 11-21-23 saying get 2 estimates for the damage and we will pay for the cheaper one
