Vitals - not a true review

I contacted Vitals.com as I saw a negative review that was actually recorded twice. Firstly, I never saw the person who wrote this review as a patient so they should not be allowed to review mejust becuase they did not agree with the management. Secondly, she recorded a 1 star twice. I sent three times to customer support and no one has gotten back to me.
This webite cannot give true feedback. There was no office visit recorded.
