on april 24, 2020 stanley steemer cleaned two rooms of carpet
the agreed upon price of $ 150.00 after the job was completed
I asked for the cost of their work and was told by the worker
Johnny Santana he said $ 150.00 then gave me the hand held
computer to sign off he took the device back and said the device
was not working and he would send me a reciept from the office which I never recieved when I looked at my check balance
I found that the worker charged me $ 180.00 I am rquesting that
the $ 30.00 be returned to my bank account.
