Moe's Southwest Grill

Just had an order from Camillus, NY store and never received a cookie and a sprite. When I called store the lady said the girl was sure she put in bag. Number one when do u put a drink in a bag with food? Two who would even state something so dumb when I called immediately once o got my delivery and have ate at Moe’s a million times. It was super rude to imply that plus she then goes what would you like me to do? Well how about refund me or send someone out to give me what I ordered. Worst customer service. It’s expensive enough to order food for delivery and then it is missing two items. Just terrible really
