Domino's Pizza - #3448 domino's pizza

There been multiple complaints about this domino's pizza it changed ownership multiple times and they don't like to refund money when their wrong they are rude and don't know how speak to people and for delivery I can't change locations so I keep getting stuck with this location they have hung up on me multiple times when I call them

Desired outcome: They need to change management and employees or close down
