Dear Mr Johnson,

My husband and I are old-returning and loyal AutoNation customers, at your dealership for the last 10 years. The last purchase we made was our fourth (4th) of the Honda-produced vehicles.Â

You sent us a letter congratulating and thanking us for our last Honda purchase. You extended your interest in our satisfaction and happiness with regards to the car.Â
Â
We do have some cosmetic and ‘fit' issues with the vehicle we just bought, however, there is a more important concern we wish to talk to you about.Â

We felt we were mistreated by unfair terms that were inserted into the contract and not explained, and that if we can not obtain a satisfactory resolution, we will make sure that the AutoNation/Honda company is informed that we are a repeat Honda buyer who are now very dissatisfied with the way we were treated by certain people at your dealership. Â

We hope you can make time for us. We have made ‪this Saturday, January 26, 2019‬, free ‪from 9AM to 5PM‬, to be available, for your free time to meet with us, since we both work during the week.
