Village Capital & Investment - Over the phone payments.

Last Friday 15th of September I was on hold for approximately an hour. No one got back to me so, I called again and they put me on hold again. I waited 30 minutes and hung up. I can't believe they are so bad about taking calls. And now, today Monday the 18th of September, I call and no one answers my phone. How am I supposed to make a payment?
