I pay for 200 Mbps and receive between 26 - 35 Mbps. I've been trying to reach support for a week now and nobody answers the phone. As I write this, I've already been listening to a recorded message for 1.5 hours already.
Update: Finally got through today after 3 hours. Optimum seems very unimpressed nor are they apologetic that it took more than a week of trying to get through. That is a deplorable time-frame.
They did little more than ask me to reset my modem and will eventually send a tech out to look at the cable line. 26 Mbps versus 200 Mbps. Shameful. Epic failure on many fronts.
