I went into BJS Wednesday night to buy a Gazebo, they charged me $1200 from my credit card then, proceeded to tell me they didn't have it in stock! To come get the display and we needed to take the display down ourselves & bring our own tools! They were really rude & saying comments stating we were stealing & then one of the workers then crashed his cart into the gazebo. So, we decided to just return it! A manger then said we can get the black one to pay for the black one because, it is in stock! SO WE DID BUY the black one! I called today @ 1:15PM and they stated they had no notes of the purchases & also they returned my money the charge is still on the card! I would never do or buy again from here! They were so rude & no caring at all! Save your money & go else where!

BJ's Wholesale Club - Unethical behavior
I have been purchasing bottled water for years and have paid deposit on bottles using vouchers when making additional purchases now due to covid bottles are not being returned and I am being told I cannot cash out my vouchers due to handling of vouchers yet it is ok for you to take my cash return me change and a paper receipt how is this safe enough to stop spread but handing me my money in exchange for vouchers that I have paid you for is too dangerous corporate greed how much has your company pocketed due to stealing deposit money
