My company, Tupelo Furniture Direct, contracted with Dex Media a couple of years ago. After paying thousands of dollars to Dex, I canceled my EBT. We did not receive even 'ONE" customer inquiry. When I complained to my rep, her statement was "You ve have a bad location" (she has since left the company and is no longer with DEX). Well, excuse me. She was sitting in our location from step #1. I have a lawyer threatening me. Since Dex has done "zero" services for my company over the past two years, and NEVER caused a customer to call, I am requesting a complete separation for any contractual agreement I have with Dex. This will prevent me from issuing additional complaints on Social Media. Thank you, Donald Lefort, Tupelo Furniture Direct
