GoodRx - cold medications

I wanted to inform you that this Pharmacy denied me your benefits and said that if we have insurance that we could not use GoodRX as a cheaper alternative. I know that this is not true as I have enjoyed your benefits at several pharmacies. Wal-Mart was the first to introduce me to the savings by using GoodRX. Thank you!
