Zips Car Wash - Damage to my vehicle

I went to the zips carwash on Meramec Bottom Road and Highway 55 where my car was damaged on my drivers door and front fender. I had been to the same carwash the day before, washed my car and hand dried it. No dents, I went home and parked my car in my driveway for the evening. The next day I was leaving to do some running and got into my car and no dents. The pollen was bad so I thought I'd drive through the carwash again and upon exiting the carwash and giving the car a once over there where some small dents in my drivers door and fender. I immediately told the employee about it and he came out and took pictures and made a report. He said that someone would contact me in 72 hours, well four days go by and I don't hear anything so I call the office and I'm again told that it would be 72 hours and someone would be in contact. Again I hear nothing, so I call again and was basically told that someone would be in contact. I wait a couple more days and get an e-mail saying someone will contact you. Again I hear nothing after the e-mail so I go back to the carwash and talk to the same employee that made the report and he gives me his managers number. So I call the manager and leave a message and hear nothing back. I called her again and left a message and still hear nothing! Mind you that this happened on April 30th and it is now May 20th. I have been a member of this company for three years and you'd think they would be a bit more considerate. I'm actually getting fed up with the way this business seems to not care about their customers. All I want is for them to fix the damages to my car that their carwash caused. I took all the proper steps that the employee told me to take and the day it happened he acted like there would be no problem, well its been nothing but a problem. It really does seem like they could care less! They took my money all these years but now that there's a problem I don't matter! The bottom line seems to be that this company don't care about its customers, And this is after the owner messaged me saying it will be taken care of!

Desired outcome: Repair the damages to my vehicle that their facility carwash caused.

Zips Car Wash - Damage to my car

I visited the carwash at Meramec Bottom Rd. on April 30th 2023 and upon leaving I went to towel dry my car and there were four dent down the side of my car. I immediately told the employee and he took photos and made a report that he said he would give to the manager Felicia Green and that I should here something in about seven days. I hear nothing and after contacting the company numerous times I was told to go back to the site. so I drive there and talked to another employee who couldn't believe this wasnt already taken care of so he calls the Manager and she say, "and he has her on speakerphone" that it would be taken care of and for him to take more pictures and that I should get a bid. So I get a bId and return it and was told by the employee that I would hear something in about five days. Again I hear nothing. Mind you we are now towards the end of May! I again go back to the site and was told by an employee that the manager Felicia Green would be in at two. So I return to talk with her personally and she says that this is the first she has heard about it which was a down right lie because she was on the phone when I was there before. Than she says it's to hot in the office to do the report right than and that she would do it later and I'd hear something in a few days. Again I hear crickets. And now after all my time and wasted gas going back and forth because they will never return a call. And after a few of the employees agree that it should be taken care of they make up lame excuses as to not have to repair the damages their facility caused. Besides the working employees the manager Felicia Green shows that she don't care about the customers and upper management has proved that all they want is your money and if they damage your property they wont be liable. Note that I have been a member for three + years and this is the way they treat their valued customer. The employees even stated that there has been a lot of other damaged vehicles from this carwash. I was there the day before and drove through and hand dried my car and no dents, I drove home and parked it in my driveway and the next day I got in my car and where my car sits in my driveway I can see the drivers sides x when I got in there were no dents. I drove straight to the car wash because of the pollen from the trees and drove through and got out to towel dry it and there they were. So they did happen there and I’d like some satisfaction.

Desired outcome: Pay for damages that definitely happened at their facility
