2/4/23 I been looking for a 24/7 Pharmacy since my kid have a fever and everywhere it’s close. I drove 40 minutes to CVS store #2005. Since I saw in the CVS app it’s 24/7. As soon as I arrive time 12:01pm. The manager close the door on my face. Mind you temperature outside it’s 30 degrees. I’m telling through the glass. Why are you close if app says 24/7? And his response was… “Because I can, go away and deal with itâ€. I’m extending disappointed with the way CVS train their employees. Employees aren’t trained properly to deal with any one honestly. And their app needs to be updated, because I just drove 40 minutes to Store #2005, for no reason.
Desired outcome: I need Corporate to contact ASAP on this matter. And Corporate HAVE TO UPDATE the CVS app.

I put 3 prescription in on Friday February 7th at 5:00am and came to put them up on Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm and they said it would be 15 min. I informed the clerk I would pick up early Saturday morning. I called and no one ever answers the phone. I went there at 6:00 am and they still not ready. I informed the clerk I must have them before surgery Monday morning at 6am. This particular pharmacy never has your medication ready ontime. This is the worst CVS pharmacy in the area to be a 24 hour place. I won't use this place because they never on time with filling orders. I'm having oral surgery and have instructions to take this medicine Sunday night and early Monday. There is always a long line to pick up meds and a lot of staff there. The customers are never first. I'm transferring this when my regular pharmacy opens. I'm going to try once more and I will be taking pictures to send when I go to transfer the prescription.
