Sears - plastic buttons on control panel falling off/breaking
The plastic buttons on our dishwasher are falling out and or cracking and I was hoping to repair the cover buttons but I see from all the similar complaints that the recommended "fix" is a replacement control panel, which is ridiculous as the control panel works perfectly now. A plastic cover is substandard and to spend $100+ for a control panel is ludicrous. Step up to the plate Sears and stand behind what you sell. As a general contractor here in Massachusetts, specializing in kitchen and bath renovations, I will find it impossible to recommend Sears products to my customers in the future unless this issue is resolved
