Moe's Southwest Grill - I’m complaining about the customer service

I went to the Moe's at 8:15 pm tonight. My payment didn't go through at first for some technical matter and the manager yelled that I have to insert my card faster than I did. As I was trying to insert my card again he was shouting please please please wait. He clearly humiliated me in front of other customers and took his stress out on me. Very unprofessional and rude.
