Belk

I currently work at belks, but I haven’t worked there for five weeks almost a month. My friend has also not worked there for the longest almost 3 months about to be 4. We currently work at belks, but they haven’t been scheduling us as they should. I don’t know what to do or if I can’t do anything because my friend and I work part time the managers are slacking and this needs to be improved.
