A Couple Months Ago We Had A Change In The Dress Code Policy . I Don't Have A Problem With The Policy At All But Now That It's Cold We're Not Allowed To Wear Sweatpants Or Ugg Boots . In The Dress Code Policy It Doesn't Say We Can No Longer Wear Boots That Keeps Our Feet Warm But Is Still Trying To Enforce This On All Staff . This Isn't Fair & It's Really Inconsiderate . & It's The District Manager That's Making Up Her Own Rules . They Also Wouldn't Schedule You If You Talk To Certain People At Work. They Also Make Assumptions About The Employee's & Gossip . So Unprofessional. Worst Job I've Ever Had
