Bed Bath & Beyond

On November 26, 2020 I placed an order for curbside pickup on November 27, 2020. When I arrived at Bed Bath & Beyond, I notified them that I was outside. No one came out so I was forced to go into the store. To make matters worse, they couldn't find my order. After diligently searching, the clerk found the order and I was on my way. The reason I did curbside pickup is so I did not have to go into the store. I never would have placed the order if I knew I would have to go into the store. To make matters worse, it was Black Friday and the store was crowded. I surely would not have put myself in that dangerous situation with covid. Bed Bath & Beyond needs to take lessons from Kohls & JCPenney as their curbside pickup is great.
