The Jewelry Exchange / Goldenwest Diamond - In-store credit scam

I have over $1,000 in the jewelry exchange in-store credit that this company refuses to provide. Every store that i've been into to try and solve the problem has done nothing but gaslight me and made excuses as to why I can't use my own in-store credit which is my money and refuse to solve the problem. So now i'm out $1,000 and they truly don't care.

Desired outcome: I either want my money back or the ring I was promised
