Domino's Pizza - Delivery

I provided my apt and door entry code for the driver and they refused to deliver to my apt door as i'm unable to walk downstairs. Called the driver twice and the actual store and was hung up on each time. I never received my order. They associate at the restaurant continued to talk over me and didn't let me speak and hung up and refused to resolve anything.

Desired outcome: Refund or credit
