1ink.com - Ink for brother copy machine. Lc75 set. Copy machine won't detect ink

My brother copy machine could not detect any of their ink cartridges. 10 of them. Junk. Order #6847666. Orderd sept. 2 2021. E-mail from them stated sending by ups and inculded ups tracking number. Packege came uspo want refund. Phil schmitz 418968 texanna rd, eufaula, ok 74432
