On April 16th, the airline canceled the flight.
On April 20th, I received an official confirmation and vouchers. I filled out a refund form.
On April 23rd, the airline transferred the funds, and on April 25th, the money for the prepaid seats was credited to my card. The money for the tickets should have been credited to my trip.com card at the same time.
The airline is stalling and refusing to issue a refund, citing that they are still processing the cancellations and are trying to contact them, but they are not responding.
However, I have no problem receiving responses from Air Arabia: they respond to WhatsApp, calls, and emails. I send all the evidence to trip.com, but they still insist they need a response from the airline, even though the money has been in their account for a week. But that's not proof for them.
Don't contact this company if you have any problems—they won't help.
Desired outcome: Полный возврат средств
