Til Valhalla Project review: Poor customer service and quality of shirt

I purchased 2 shirts from Til Valhalla Project to support their cause. When I received the shirts one was too small and I wanted to exchange it. Over a 3 week period, I sent multiple emails using multiple methods to reach them, I have yet to receive a response. Additionally, the quality of the shirt is pretty poor. The material is very thin, I have purchased better quality t-shirts at deep discount stores. I hope that they actually use the money from customer purchases toward the cause they claim to support. Unfortunately, this experience has me doubting the validity of their brand.
