TCL review: No replacement parts, never again

Bought a TCL dehumidifier less than 2 years ago. While it functioned well, I broke the plastic water tank while emptying it. After 3 hours of time wasted including calling TCL support, I have determined that there are zero replacement parts available for this. So what should be a $20 - $30 part replacement is instead another ~$250 for a new dehumidifier, and this otherwise perfectly functioning unit becomes land fill. Over a piece of cheap plastic.
