TCL review: All 3 tcl tvs spoilt within warranty period

I bought 2 TVs from TCL of different model with 50" and 65"C7 series. The first one 50" spoilt with black screen in 1 year. The 65"C7 series also spoilt with disappearing and black screen in 2 year which is within the 3-year warranty period, however they have been delaying the replacement tv for 6 months claiming that there is no stock available. I lodged a complaint through Consumer Association where they just ignored. Therefore, based on my experience all their products are substandard in quality as they all failed within the warranty period.

Recommendation: It is more worthwhile to go for more reputable brand instead of facing with all faulty tvs in my case and errant seller that don't fulfill warranty.
