Target artificial plants/online purchase

I placed an order on 3 artificial plants on august 17, 2017. I did receive a confirmation email when I placed my order, estimated date for pick up was august 22, 2017. I went into my email august 23, 2017 check my inbox and spam and had nothing from target, so I decided to call and the operator tells me, I took to long to pick up so the put the order back. I couldn't believe she said that I am so upset. Will never place another order with target.

It was late on East Bound 58 in Virginia, between the hours of 2200 and 2330 on the 22nd of August 2017. The Driver of your truck, trailer number 811222, almost ran me off the road twice. Would come up to people, in a 45 mph zone, going at least 65 mph, get less then 3 feet from a vehicle and then put his brights on. He almost sent a car smashing into a...

Target job aide

About a month ago I replied for a cashier position at the Willowbrook, il. Target because I know that Target was a good company. Also in past I have had worked for the Target in Lumbard, il. And I had a good experience for those 12 years.
So I decided to reapply for a cashier position. Because I knew they were hiring because I saw a bunch of aids on Indeed.com. So soon after I applied they sent me an email saying that weren't any job openings right now. I knew that wasn't true.
So a lady from the Willowbrook, il store. I told her what happened and she was kinda confused.

Target rude staff

The Target is horrible. Their employees are rude and disrespectful.
I was looking for a toy as a present for my nephew. The employee who was passing by said to me: if you're not going to buy it, then don't touch it and put it in its place.
Now here's the question: what the heck was it? How would she know I wasn't going to buy it? Maybe I grabbed this toy and was about to pay for it?
That was absolutely stupid and unprofessional.

Target target online and store experience

I found a swimsuit online marked for $4.48 and it said in store purchase only. It would not let me ship it or pick up in store. So I found he nearest store that it said I could purchase it from. Went to the store, found the swimwear went to the register and it indeed was NOT $4.48. I showed the cashier the online pricing for TARGET.com and she said no sorry that's online only. Well, it does not allow me to order it online, it clearly reads IN STORE PURCHASE ONLY. So how do you suppose I can buy this swimwear for $4.48 when it won't let me. So the manager came over and said oh yeah we don't price match target.com because we have our own merchandise. So then I said the same thing and he was not helpful at all. He told me I could purchase it for the retail price of $14.99 which it what it rang up for. I got tired of arguing my point of view so I asked for a discount and paid $12 for it. Bottom line is customer service SUCKED and it is FALSE ADVERTISING when it says I can buy in store at a specific location for $4.48 and it's actually a lie. I have pictures of the pricing online and pulled up the website and showed the manager and he still was like nah can't do it.

Target customer service

I tried to make a return that included a $5 gift card to no avail. The manager Arielle so she say became very rude and ignorant towards me and told me to get out her store and never come back. I had someone from corporate on the phone the whole time listening to our conversation. Bottom line is, I'm a mystery shopper, and Arielle needs more training. There was no need for her to become belligerent because she didn't do het job correctly. I deliberately asked a L.O.D what was the return policy regarding merchandise that includes a gift card. When I tried to explain to her what was told to me, she said it wasn't true. I asked her numerous times to scan the gift card when she returned the merchandise she said no, she wasn't doing it. All of this could've been eliminated had she scanned the gift card. Arielle was too bent on arguing with me and trying to put on a show for the other people standing around, that she only escalated the problem as opposed to rectifying the problem. She told me to get out her store before she have the cop that was standing at the inside entrance of the store escort out. I would've filed a lawsuit against your Corporation had she done so. I never threatened or disrespected her, nor did I call her out her name. I didn't get loud but I did change the tone in my voice. I was appalled at how she was allowed to argue with me back and forth and also for threatening to have me remove from the store. The representative that was on the phone while this was going on, tried diligently to apologize for her behavior. He shouldn't been the one apologizing to me. Arielle should've been the one apologizing. In addition to being a mystery shopper for your store, I'm also a loyal customer and card holder. But if this happens again, you will lose me as a customer. I still have a job to do, and I will revisit that particular store.

Target just

Very disappointed that Target has chose not to carry Just products in their stores. They pulled these items off their shelves because a false letter that was sent to Target Corp . Target did not wait for a recall from the FDA. This was letter was sent out maliciously from one of their competitor's and was not even true. No other store was notified and the FDA has approved for Just to be sold without further ado. I will no longer shop at Target until they restock these items and apologize to this well run wonderful company. I will ask any one else that researches or already knows about this to do the same. Thank you so much everyone!

Target so disappointed right now

Their customer service will make you feel unimportant. I called them to resolve my issue and talked to at least 4 people saying to me different things. And all of them gave me the worst attitude as if I was stupid. They didn't listen to me and didn't try to understand what I really want.
I really doubt that I will ever keep shopping there, don't want to experience the same again.

Target plus size department

Name is Kelly. I came to the target in Bailey's crossroads, Virginia and was looking for some khaki pants in the plus size section. There plus size section is the worst...it's so horrible that I had to go to the men's section to get khakis and they didn't even have my size. The khakis they did have were the most hideous looking ones. Not knocking smaller size women but we deserve a nice section as well. Just my two cents...

Target guest services

As a long time customer I'm beyond disgusted by the service I received from MULTIPLE Guest Service Representatives. When as a customer I make a significant purchase and your employee screwed up the payment to the point that I had to have in store customer service do a post void transaction to correct the payment and then track that credit only to have my bank account go into a negative status 2 days later because your credit dropped out is beyond outrageous! Topping it off is to be told that Target will not do anything but wait while I pursue a dispute with my bank all taking 7-10 business days. I'm a single mom with one paycheck that made the mistake of thinking shopping at Target would be smart because of my red card 5% savings...well all I've gotten it charged by Target twice both and the guest services people saying "oh well, there's a credit we aren't doing anything more"! Seriously! Target screwed up the payment! Target charged me twice against my Visa (2 different amounts mind you...the wrong amount and the correct amount, and the credit which I've been tracking thru my bank account since the onset has gone away & no longer exists according to the bank)...So instead of the "Amazing Customer Service/Satisfaction" Target Corp preaches there was not one single person who has yet tried to expedite this issue to get the credit applied immediately, no solution at all! Just..."You will have to discuss this with your bank and bank disputes take 7-10 days"... My bank didn't screw up Target did. Yet it's ME who suffers with a negative $380+ (growing as further transactions hit and over draft fees occur -$36.00 ea) for 7-10 days. No money, no access to my account because Target screwed up thier transaction! Yeah, thanks so much for that awesome service. My family thanks you too! BTW my gas tank was on fumes & I was heading to get gas to go to work this morning when I checked my bank balance and saw what Target had done...needless to say negative bank account = no gas = no driving 22 miles to work! Yeah, Target you screwed me good! Charges: bank $326.36 (should have had credit in same amount applied to offset and void it out) / bank $126.34 (correct amount to be charged to bank card when transaction was post voided) / bank $36.00 (overdraft fee from lmao the $126.34 hitting - thanks Target!) / Target red card $190.00 (the correct amount and as verified is applied to the red card account, for the post void transaction).

Target xhileration bikini bottoms

I bought this item about a month ago and have worn them a handful of times. However, these bottoms are already stretched out and baggy, like they are falling apart. It seems as if the elastic within the fabric is disintegrating, leaving the material loose and stretched out. They are definitely not too big, so that's not the issue. I've never experienced such poor quality in a swim suit bottom, and I'm very disappointed.

Target customer service

I was in the Inglewood store on Century. On 8-15-17 around 9am -930. I was purchasing some back to school items & some household items. When I got to the register the air fresher rung up a different price than what the were ticketed on the floor. The cashier called the first manager which was no help. She then turned it over to another manager who came back & states someone switch tags on the floor. Well that's not my problem as the items is marked .I should be honored that price. He said NO. The tag said 2for 5. But was ringing up 5.49. He stated that the sale was for the single. I had the twin pack... I returned all my items I was purchasing & will take my business to another Target with better customer service. I live 5mn away from this Target & rarely shop here because of the customer service.

Target so wild and disrespectful!

It is beyond me to understand it. Today I've seen men entering the ladies restroom. What about rights of the majority? This is so wild to me. Why do your workers think it's appropriate? I wouldn't want to see men where they are not supposed to be. Women go there with their children and what you do just ruins their privacy. I'd better go to Macy's, at least they respect the rights.

Target baby registry horror story!!

To whom it may concern.

I'm not sure how many times I have to TRY to unsubscribe from any of your newsletters/ reminders. I went to the extent of visiting TWO different stores to make sure I was no longer anywhere on the list or any info of mine was there.

I don't have anything against any of your stores, I love them all. But having lost my baby while pregnant at almost 7 months I'm going to need a whole lot of time before I can come back to any of this. It makes me hurt more when I receive emails after emails ( even mail!) after unsubscribing every way possible . I definitely have unsubscribe successfully from other places but this one has been the hardest one. Almost 2 months later and I'm still receiving all this . It's very unacceptable & as I'm writing this I'm not sure if I'm hurt, sad or upset. So please can you help me stop all of this . I can't believe Target out of all stores is putting me through this

Target cafeteria target store employee

On Sunday, August. 13 2017 around 2:30pm. My family and I entered the Target store on Commercial Blvd and University Drive in Lauderhill Florida.

I went to order some food in the inside cafeteria but no one was attending the counter. After about 15 minutes a female cashier came out and walked pass me to go talk to another woman in the store area. She did not acknowledge me. Then walked pass me and went in the back for another 10 minutes. When she came out I asked her why she ignored me but she just mumbled and cursed and finally asked me "what do you want". I told her I need a manager. The woman she went to talk to came over and claimed she was a manager. Thus woman was not wearing a name tag or in Target attaire.
I walked away not ordering to find another associate in uniform and told her what happened. She said she would take care of it but stood there talking to another associate. Thus was not at a register. They were just standing and conversing. No apology was made and no attempt to correct.

Unprofessional, rude, and demining. BAD Customer Service.

Target managers attitude/approached

Hey my name is Yvette. Today me & my husband went shopping at 12350 North freeway Houston, Tx 77040. One of my worst experiences I've had. My husband & his friend were playing with a football from the store, & a male manager approached them stating they had to leave the store. When that happend the male manager got in my husband face with a bad attitude. Which I didn't like at all so I asked him who is him? He said he works at that store & was the undercover manager. I asked for his name & not once did he give it to me. Also, I asked for his supervisor & he said he was. After a while of an argument between my husband and him, I asked him why was all this going on he said he was also security which that does not make any sense to me. He kept threating my husband to leave the store in such rudeness. I started recording his actions & he came up to me trying to take my phone away, which he has no rights too. I have worked in a store for 2 years & I know how a manager should approach a customer. He also said someone had given them a warning but no one from the store approached them but him. His actions towards us was unacceptable to me. I'm just glad my son was asleep because he would of been scared with his attitude. Please call me when receiving this @ [protected]. Thank you.

Target store policy

Date/Time: 8/12/17 10:20AM
I was talking to the customer service girl asking to return then re buy what i had purchased the other day (within a few day span) because the cartwheel app had a 40% off the school uniforms now. obviously who wouldn't want that price difference? i had my fiance send me a pic of the receipt like we have in the past (Manny has let me do this before) where they scan the receipt over the phone and just given me the difference on a gift card. Which is easy and convenient! Thank you Manny! well this customer service lady short blonde hair didn't know the policies because she said they "keep changing" and doesn't want to get in trouble so called her manager Andy over who just said we cant without the receipt in hand?!?! ugh then why was i able to do this before?!? he said just policy sorry and walks away! Tell me what is the difference of scanning my receipt over a phone or in person? i was furious! i had to drive home send my fiance back because i was so mad and someone had to be home with our newborn so it was a hassle for one and a waste of time and my money and gas! i am really upset and they need to figure out there policies and everyone follow them! i will not be returning anytime soon. Walmart never has this problem when i go there! You will be loosing a very valuable longtime customer if you do not do something about this issue.

I purchased a 32 inch tcl tv on June 26 2017. I am now having issues with it and want to return it to Target. I used my Target debit card. I was told at the store I need to contact the manufacturer for a refund and Target would not give me a refund or exchange.

Please advice asap since I now without a TV. I am very upset and would like resolution. I was also told I have 70 days to return when using my debit card.

Target employee abuse

This complaint is about Store #2770, particularly about the HR manager, Karen, and the ETL store manager, Heather. My daughter works at this store, and as a matter of fact, this is her second time working for the Target Corporation. She is down to part time now, and she would like to keep her part time hours, but this needs to be addressed.
This has been an issue for the past couple weeks, but yesterday was the worst of them all. I have been having back and foot pain for the past couple weeks and I told Karen (HR) as soon as it became an issue with being able to work. She basically said that there is nothing they can do to accommodate me at work and that if I had to call out because of it I would need a doctor's note and that it would go against my attendance and if this problem persisted that I would get written up for this issue. I also spoke with the ETL, Allison, on this issue and she was very nice but Karen is the person who I had to contact. I ended up going to the doctor and getting a doctor's note but Karen said that it would still go against my record and it would only excuse me for one day. Now about the incident on 8/6/17, I was working a softlines salesfloor shift from 8-4:30. I diligently worked and was running around doing all that I was asked from 8am until 1:30pm. At 1:30pm, my foot pain became unbearable where I wasn't able to walk or stand without being in excruciating pain. I painfully walked over to TSC where Karen was at but she was speaking with another team lead Amber and I didn't want to interrupt. Unfortunately, I started having an anxiety attack because the pain was so bad and no one was available for me to speak with. So I ran outside of Target, unable to catch my breath and crying, numerous people passed (guests and coworkers) not bothering to ask if I was ok or help. When I was able to catch my breath, I went back inside, clearly looking very distressed and asked Karen if I could speak with her. She said she was about to leave but reluctantly went into her office with me, not bothering to close the door for privacy since it was clear that I was upset. This is the part that I'm very upset about. She showed NO SYMPATHY that I was distressed and unable to speak without shaking (my face clearly showed that I had been crying). When she asked what was up (not what was wrong), I told her that I had an anxiety attack (again no sympathy or care was shown) and said that I'm in a massive amount of pain and that I can't finish my shift. At the point it was probably 2:30, so I had about 2 hours remaining of my scheduled shift. She didn't show any concern and said that if I felt that I needed to leave that at this point, I was going to have to be written up by my assigned team lead next time I come in. I tried to explain that i was doing everything humanly possible to alleviate and resolve this pain issue. I'm doing physical therapy, seen numerous doctors, and taken prescribed medicine when needed but the pain would not go away. I'm very disappointed that the only full time HR manager has no concern for my well being and is unable to find a solution for my very serious issue. At the point, I have found another full time desk job so that I don't have to be on my feet as much but I am still working there on the weekends and some evenings. I like working for Target but Karen being the HR manager is completely unacceptable and should not be in HR because she doesn't want to help employees with anything that isn't convenient for her. I would like a resolution for the issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much. Kayla Sutton
