On sunday may 6, 2018 my husband and I visited taco bell / kfc on california & irving park in chicago. My husband and I walk in about 1 or 2 in the afternoon, and there is a lot of people waiting in line, mean while there is a young girl behind the counter, very rude very slow all customer complaining that she looked like she had no energy and really had a look and attitude like she did not want to be at work. So all customer complaining asking where is the manager why do this restaurant have people behind the counter that does not want to work. The young lady twisted her mouth and eyes at the customers and took her sweet time taking orders being in the front. Not really wanting to take orders. Walking away on people when she is in the middle of taking customer order, with out even saying excuse me or anything. Walking away while the customer is giving her there order. She would walk to the back when she would go grab food from the back area, she would just stand and talk to the other employee in the back. Saying she wanted to go home that she has been working since 10am and that she was so ready to go home. So I see the manager and I tell her why do you have people working at the restaurant if they dont want to work. It looked like the manager was kinda feed up to with the young girls attitude and it also seemed she was short staffed. This young lady should not work in public places where clients are involved. What type of people do you have working in your facility. I believe this facility needs a corporate people to visit the location just pop in like a customer and sit and see what goes on. Bathroom dirty dining area dirty floor dirty like what is going on.
you need new employees that really want to work and get rid of the ones that dont. i understand that the restaurant business is not easy dealing with Customer. But when you start off with a bad attitude. or a new manager that knows how to run the restaurant.

I went to Taco Bell today for lunch. I haven't been to a Taco Bell in almost 25 years. The Taco Bell in my hometown was so horrible I quit going. It was too bad because on the extremely rare occasions they got the food right, it was delicious. So, today, since I have moved to another state, I thought I'll give Taco Bell another shot. I ordered a number 1 with a Sierra Mist. I got a cup of carbonated water with no Sierra Mist syrup, a cold Burrito and taco. Well, the best I can say about Taco Bell 25 years later is they gave me the right items. Too bad it all tasted so bad.

chicken chalupa
I ordered 2 chicken Chalupa's and there was hardly any chicken, no sour cream, few shreds of lettuce, very little cheese, and 2-3 pieces of tomato. This is the worse food I have had from this taco bell and I want a refund. order number 345907 location is 9000 n.e. 23rd st OKC 73141 store number 030380. We eat there all the time and will not return if this is not corrected.

The last two times I've walked into the Taco Bell in Monett, Missouri I have had to leave because of not getting waiting on. Today they only had one person that was trying to do everything, so nothing was done with the indoor customers. I still waited about five minutes after the guy that came in behind me left, but it didn't do any good. I drove on to the one Cassville and got waited on immediately.
take out order
Placed a pick up order for 2 Taco Supreme Twelve Packs, 4 Cheesy Potatoes, and 1 Meximelt at shortly before 5pm and the order ready time was 5:07pm. I Immediately called resturaunt because I realized I had not specified soft tacos, order was changed by manager. No problem.
Arrived at 5:23pm to find they had not even begun to make my food, just as well since they started making hard tacos to spite the fact I listened to the manager call out the order change on the phone.. Another gentleman waiting in the lobby said to me that he had been waiting for over 20 minutes for 2 bean burritos. After making the first 12 pack of soft tacos and setting them aside, they went back to making other orders. 10 more minutes go by before they went back to making my other food, at 5:39pm they finally handed me my order.
Upon arriving home 10 minutes later, I find all of the food haphazardly assembled with varied amounts of ingredients. None were the Supreme Toppings that I had ordered.
To sum up my experience: It took an hour to get my order which was partially cold, slapped together with no regard to quality/quality and I got regular soft tacos instead of the Soft Taco Supremes that I ordered.

He told the girl Justice and she yelled can I get a soft taco and as she was bagging the food she was like I asked her on the headset stupid [censored]. I chose not to say anything because I just came fom church. I pulled off and opened the food to eat and there was a black hair in the chalupa so I go back and walk in and asked for a manager, this black lady in a blue mgr shirt didnt apologize she walked over to remake my food and justice is now making food and you could clearly hear her say I should go say something. The manager didnt apologize or anything and allowed her to be saying stuff. I feel this is very unprofessional and rude and I would like something done because I eat at this establishment alot. I couldnt even eat my food for fear that they spit in ot because the taco shells were very slimy. Thank you!

On May 5th, I waited 23 minutes in the drivethrough with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the man said he waa the only one there--not true as someone was mopping and an employee left in the 22 minutes I could see into the dining area from the drive through line. It was also 10:30 pm. Never go there again.
number 6 meal / steak / incomplete meal preperation
My name is Erick Cardona and I want to bring to the attention of an issue that is being done to me every time I order food at my local taco bell. As I mentioned previously, i am a near-by resident of my local taco bell on 47th ave and 183rd street of Miami florida 33055. The employees at this taco bell know me from the times that I've visited and every time I order the number 6 meal they give me one taco filled with steak and the other with only three to four pieces of steak and the rest let us. I've corrected them several times and my order of the number 6 with steak is always prepared incorrectly. I would appreciate for the food preps to be consulted of this issue.

This store is closed when it's suppose to be open. They run out of food. Service is very bad due to employees gathered outside smoking together. It's extremely nasty. It needs new better management or close the doors.. it's the Taco Bell/ Kentucky fried chicken. They run out of chicken often I have had 3 bad experiences with them, I'm DONE. This needs to be resolved
slow service
the taco bell on Gratiot, north of Metro Pkwy, in Michigan, always moves extraordinarily slow. In the last year, I have attempted to go there several times on my way to work to get food for my lunch, only twice did I have enough time to wait for the really long service. it takes a full five minutes to move up one car length, (I actually watch my car clock) and when I do get up to the ordering screen, they "apologize for the wait" with NO explanation. I find this terribly unacceptable in fast food. ther is a reason it's called "fast food". I have been to sit down restaurants that serve faster than this. I don't know what they are doing, or if they only have 2 people working, but I will not be going back to that store, and thought you should know that I was not the only person to leave the line due to it taking so long to get service. Also, if you can wait for the order you get up to the window, and there appears to be no reason for the delay, it looks like they are "dilly dallying" taking their sweet time, and the food is no more fresh than at any other store.

My husband and I have always lovedTaco Bell. Unfortunately our last experience will have us never returning. At least to the Hastings MN location we ordered the tripple melt box. There was nothing but beans and a little cheese in the taco. The shell of the dorito taco was so soggy it had fallen apart and the barrito had nothing but rice. Both boxes we ordered had the exact same issues. As though the place had run out of meat. Awful

Yesterday May 3, 2018 at Restaurant D212027, I bought 4 chips and cheese and was only given 3. I was parked in the parking lot and I reversed into drive thru to claim the 4th one and the manager Jessica, had thr drive thru employee grab my bag of food and without gloves hes start searching my food with his bare hands. The manager gave me the hardest time, denied to give me the 4th chip. Eventually she gave me my money back.
Today May 4th, 2018 same store, all 4 bags of chips are way beyond stale. My son got 2 bags of cinnamon twists and both bags are also stale. I understand one bad day, but twice in a row. And the manager was there so now I feel like she's doing this on purpose. Spent 20 yesterday and 20 today. So I can be given old food and rude service? Mind you I'm 8.5 months pregnant. If she's giving me left over food or old food and it causes harm to my unborn child it's gonna be worse. I love taco bell. My favorite craving and satisfaction this whole pregnancy. Please help. Thank you.

After the car in front of my vehicle had placed their order, I drove to outside menu speaker to place order for Nacho Bellegrande. I waited 5 minutes for someone to respond. Nothing. So, I drove to service window. The car in front before I ordered was at the service window. Three minutes late, I drive to service window. While watching employees inside, I was ignored. I honked my horn and female employee, with headset on, came to window. Asking if they were closed, she did not acknowledge. I then ask if she could take my order, she told me no, I would have to go back to drive thru speaker. I did. I sat there 10 minutes, with no acknowledgment. The time is now 10:25. This is poor management. Read other complaints. Whoever is on this particular shift, should be fired. Discrimination, the vehicle in front of me was occupied by an African American, I am Caucasian. Last night i was running a fever coming home from my ex husbands house. Decided to get something to eat since i wouldnt be cooking with the way i was feeling. First of all, due to the high fever, i had complely forgotten that i used most of my money to buy my son a subway sandwich for his field trip just hours before. So when i ordered i ordered a casadillia meal with a baja blast. They said they would give me the amount at the window. Well thats usually when we go looking for our money thats scattered in our purses, pockets, and around the car when were cutting it short, barely having the money, or not having all of it. It wasnt til i got up to the window to go pay that i realized i spent the majority on my sons lunch. When she proceded to tell me it was $7.89, i politley told her i was sorry i miscalculated my money due to this high fever i had (103.3). I had five ones, $2.00 in change (dimes nickles, pennies, and 5 quarters.) So in one pocket was $3, i found change scattered thru out my purse, gave it all to the lady and asked her to just give me the chicken casadilla and a baja blast please. She came back with, " ok that will be $7.23." I looked at het and said " u got to be kidden me, right?" Then she yelled out loud to one if her superiors in spanish, as the communicated for a few minutes i proceded to look for more money. Found another dollar bill in my jacket pocket and 4 quarters and some odd change. What ever was said back and forth, i was NOW sitting in the line for almost 10-12 minutes. The cashier had went to the back to talk to some one and came back saying "if u dont move or get outta here, were calling the cops!" I was dumbfounded! I couldnt believe what i was hearing! People were even getting outta their car to come and listen to these people.
All of a sudden as ones on the phone calling law enforcement giving them the description of me and my car, the one lady came back and said it was $5.50. So i said just the chicken casadilla and large baja blast. I told her i had already given her $5.00, and found $50 cents which i gave to her, so she gives me the food when i mentioned the drink she said i didnt give her any money for that. This kind gentle man came to the window and said " ill pay for the remaining of what this lady owes, just give her the drink and lets get the lines moving. " He yells at the lady " ive been waiting 30 [censored] minutes, u cant see this lady is sick." I think it was over exaggerated a bit, but he wasnt far off. I told the man thank you but i have it, so i proceded to give her the $2 dollars and some odd change just for her to hand me a small which cost $1.86 or .87 cents. I wasnt going to argue with the lady any more, they were just stalling to keep me there cause the police were on their way, so i took the small and left.
I, in the end, ended up having enough for the meal deal after all. Not really wanting to take my money for the drink after slamming the window in my face as my arm is reaching out trying to give the money to her, she had no choice but to open the window when everybody got outta their cars yelling at them. Hearing sirens all around me, i was devistated and have never been that scared in my life, cause i have no idea what she told the police in spanish to get them to bring so many units on a simple case of miscalculated money, and having a high fever. Every single one of those employees were extremely rude, called me a liar, and didnt even give me the proper order! I got home with a small baja blast a cheese only casadilla! For $7.50 cents!
All of this occured at 11:02:47 p.m and i didnt get a receipt for the casa Della I was supposed to get a chicken quesadilla and got only a cheese. The man told me to hurry up and get out of there before the cops get there because they're girls were adamant about trying to keep me there I guess you have me arrested I'm not sure.
empty crunchwrap supreme
I just came from the Taco Bell on Midway Drive in Point Loma and bought the #9 combo
which consists of a taco, drink, and the crunchwrap and you couldn't have filled a teaspoon with the amount of meat that was in that wrap. It was all filling and this is not only about the third time this has happened at your chain but also the last time I'm going to spend a dime on an empty wrap without meat filling. Especially for almost seven dollars? Are you kidding me? I work in food service every day and I can't believe how all out stingy you people are with your product.
I will from now on tell all my friends about my experience and go elsewhere for a meal. I'm disgusted with this same event happening over and over from one city and state to another... Where's the quality control?

I have to agree with this post. I have had the CrunchWrap Supreme for years and years and it was always filled and very good but in the last couple years the amount of meat is lucky to be a teaspoon. After being a loyal Taco Bell customer for over 20 years, I will not got back there again. If it were not for the Covid shut down, I wanted to get a CrunchWrap and cut it in half at the store and then ask them why mine was empty but the picture on the menu showed it so full. Isn't this false advertising? You don't get what they are advertising. Sad, so Sad.
wrong order processed and customer service follow up
I placed an order of 3 hard tacos with no lettuce via a drive through at your Congress Street location in Lafayette, Louisiana on Tuesday, May 1st at approximately 7pm. When I arrived home, I discovered the order was incorrectly made. (With lettuce and no cheese) I called and asked to speak to the manager and I honestly could not believe how unprofessional this person was. As a customer of your establishment for over 30 years, I've never been more disappointed. She proceeded to try to tell me I gave her the wrong instructions, after ordering this product the same way for over 30 years. She proceeded to rudely dictate to me I was wrong then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. HUNG UP! Very disappointed and unless I get some sort of retribution and an official apology, I may decide to discontinue my patronage.
general manager's professionalism
A few weeks ago I visited the nearest taco bell to our home in Fleming Island Fl 32003 Store#32035. I was waiting in line when I heard and saw the general manager of that store complaining about her husband and how she hasn't gotten any sleep arguing with him and further explained to her "employees" that she's been sleeping in her car. Yet she can still arrive on time to work unlike others and without calling out. She appeared very frustrated and sloppy in appearance then the phone rang an employee answered the phone and stated his name and gave the phone to the general manager who seemed aggrivated and hung up the phone soon after speaking breifly to who ever was on the other line. Then stated that an employee called out. She then turned to the employee who answered the phone and said "I don't care if a person calls out with a doctors note their getting FIRED!" Ugh..She just put in a two weeks notice" she said I'll fix her she better watch out she might come up short in her register". The employee then turned away and went back to work.
It only took me today to send a complaint because as I was leaving earlier with my lunch I saw a sign in the door that read that the same taco bell was hiring but it seems like theirs always a shortage of workers and the lines are always super long. I don't know if theres a shortage of managers in Florida or what but if this establishment fails it will most likely be by the hands of this general manager .
I'm sending this complaint because I don't think you guys are aware of this general manager abusing her power.
store condition and cleanliness.
My wife and I visited this store on April 29, 2018 and were appalled by the condition/cleanliness of the store. This store has been open just about a year and it is very disappointing to see it in such poor condition. I also noticed that there was a manager on duty, so it made it even more difficult to understand. The pictures attached don't really show the total mess the store was in.
inside remodel
I went to Taco Bell on 6 maple st in Salinas CA, they just did a remodel on the inside. The remodel looks very very cheap, before the interior was like a 50 scene, juke box, old classic cars, music froythe 50's. Who ever approved the new remodel didn't know what they was doing. When it was still had the 50's scene everyone look more entertaining, now when you walk in it is very very boring. So please change it back.
