I am a senior. I went to the TMobile store in Missoula MT to replace My iPhone 14 Pro Max with an 17 Pro Max. The salesman sold me the IPhone 17 which is a much smaller model. I did not realize it until I went into the store today for help setting up the new phone and to inquire about the 17 Pro Max. I was told there would be a $70 restocking fee if I wanted the correct phone (the one I wanted in the first place). I didn’t not make a mistake. Their salesman did. They also told me they didn’t know who the salesman was. Sure….NOT HAPPY

Desired outcome: I want the correct phone without a $70 restocking fee.
