Superior Plus Propane (NY), AKA Eastern Propane (NJ) Serving Orange County NY review: Propane

The propane company above locked the 1000 gallon inground propane tank. They assumed it was the old tenant occupanying the residental home. This company was informed months ago that tenant had moved out. The old tenant was service by Eastern Propane based in New Jersey. I had no idea whom this company was. What is crazy, prior to locking the tank. I was delivered 400 gallons without no notice, phone call, or email. I submitted my business information and notice the contract had no spaces. I said if they can't provide a readable contract, I would pay for my deliveries going forward at the rate it is.

I paid the additional propane I had never requested or finalized anything document only for business credit. I was appoved by the sales department. No one ever said anything about a delivery. By locking the propane tank in error cause my generator (genarac) over crank and a service call was required to get it back online. Superior was given the bill. They came out to unlock the tank.

I finally had hot water but Superior refused to pay the service call for the generator going off line.

Old and New customer Beware! I managed another property and a yankee propane truck showed up without any notice and the account was under Eastern Propane previously and the yankee propane guy said do you want propane or not? I called Eastern propane asap to vertify the yankee propane guy is legit and no one answerned. This happen months before my siutation with the locked tank.
