Super Star Car Wash review: Filed a claim

I filed a claim regarding the carwash. I ran it through and appeared to be dirty. I complained and wentthrough carwash again. I figured that carwash must not be operating incorrectly. The next following week. My husband noticed the water spots and car was still dirty. SO he took car again (3rd time) through carwash. He then realized it was residue that would not come off. So I took it back to carwash to take off. They noticed it was not watermarks and it was indeed a soapy substance. To confirm this information. I took to Toyota Collison and they also confirmed that it must be soap residue or chemical from carwash. I have yet hear from CLAIMS DEPT. I was told by manager it should take 48 hrs, its been well over a week. I did go to Irving LOCation AND they still have my claim in the file holder on wall. I need someone to call me. I have pictures and I'm sure Irving location has cameras. I bet repair logs will show they SSCW had issue with carwash HUB. Please call me. I cancalled one account, but have 2 others I want to cancel. This IRVING location has had many incidents. I was even able to take pictures of office where machinery was.
