Unable to print out the daily crossword puzzle:
For the last month I have almost daily called tech support asking them to
reinstall the "print icon" that allowed the crossword puzzle to be printed out on my home printer. It was suggested that I try a different internet provider and that stall-tactic did not work on all formats that i tried.
pressing my computer key shift and then pressing the "p" on my computer merely shows a blank page and again a inability to print that
crossword page. For the last month all i am told by calling tech support is the same phrase"we're working on it'. yet nothing is being sone to correct the situation, I have asked for contact information for the head of tech-support but have bren refused that insormation.
Hopefully this attemt will bring better results
