Subaru Corporate Parts review: Ignition coil replacement for fk-04002717

The motor on a 2013 Ford service changed out with something different and the ignition coil ordered for the replacement motor does not fit every rep that I speak to does not understand it is not the same motor and I sent ample identification information but no rep will think and they keep entering 2013 Subaru Forester and... The wrong part... I need somebody that can actually think to research the part number.
