If there was an option for no stars I would pick it . I bought two plans for 3 months but only got 35 days of service. I figure they stole $200 from me that way . What happened to being able to add service time to be added after current service was used up correctly? I called customer service and god forbid they could not do it either . Will never refer straight talk ever again and been with them for over 20 years . Very disappointed

Recommendation: Never buy straight talk
