I visited store and got new glasses in mid february. Have discovered from visiting same store today, which is still within their 100 day guarantee period, that they were not reaction as asked for and believed to be in the price, it is my mistake, because I opted for a better bi focal lens I had apparently not wanted reaction also because they discounted the price which was untrue I couldn't get the reaction anyway. They are now saying it could be done but I am expected to pay for them, or I could buy sunglasses. The manager is backing what the sales assistant said he told me, so much for the customer being right,
