I was spoken to awfully by a manager at SpecSavers after raising concerns. The manager also used my neurodiversity to make a point and out right lied about having the same neuro diverse conditions. When I complained in writing about this treatment. The manager I was complaining about wrote the response to my complaint and continued to outright lie about the interactions. Why would any company not investigate a complaint - how is it ok to let the person you complained about respond. The response was exactly the same as our first interaction with no accountability
Recommendation: Don't bother, if you want to feel safe when things go wrong SpecSavers is not the place
That's beyond unacceptable — the fact that they let the person you complained about respond to your own complaint is just... wrong. And using your neurodiversity against you? That's a whole new level of cruel. I'm so sorry you went through that. You deserve to be heard by someone who actually listens. Don't let them gaslight you. Your experience is valid.
