On July 27, 2023 around 1:30pm offI stopped by the Smith's Fuel Center 5640 4th St NW.Albuquerque, NM The clerk was coming from the trash recepticol and I asked if I could use the outlet. He asked me why I needed it and I told him to charge my phone. The clerk then said don't you have a home where you can charge it. I told him that yes i do but I didn't have it on me. I then told him that was rude and he shrugged his shoulders and said we don't help the homeless here. I just walked off a simple no would have sufficed as I did ask him a yes or no question. I'm not homeless nor do I look homeless and Even if I were what gives him the right to be rude?
