I am on a fixed income and cant afford for them to come over here every two weeks. They used to say if you dont want us to come please reply to this email, not anymore. I got notice they were coming the next day after I had left work at 4 pm. When I saw it I tried to call but there was no option to leave a message so I wrote a customer support note online. They showed up and reached over my gate to unlock my gate. To me that is unlawful. I would have unlocked it if I wanted them here. No message.

Desired outcome: phone option to leave message. Notify of visit earlier in the day prior. Ability to reply to email
