I ordered my 4 year old a salted pretzel and a lemonade icee. Went to pick it up and a girl advised the lemonade wasn't working. [Red light was not on]. Asked if I'd like a different flavor. I don't allow my 4 year old to have red dye. So I asked if the Blue Raspberry Icee had red dye in it. [thinking it probably does]. She advised she didn't know and attempted to find out for me. She came back and advised that it says artificial flavors and blue. She decided to ask another worker. She came up to the tablet and pulled up the nutrition list but couldn't find information for the Icee's. Carol who was in the back but I assume over heard what was going on decided to come walking up rolling her eyes and bobbing her head stating ' they have artificial colors, they all have dye in them'. The girl helping me said she is just wanting to know if red dye is in the blue raspberry. Carol proceeded rolling her eyes and being rude stating they all have dye. Carol eventually went back to what she was doing but not without rolling her eyes more. The lady that was looking on the tablet then said 'would you like lemonade instead?" I advised that's what I ordered but was told that it wasn't working. She said it was and I was then given the lemonade Icee. I advised the first girl that Carol needed to know that some people are allergic to red dye and it's okay to not know the ingredients but not to be sour about it when someone ask. She just laughed and said sorry. I'm not complaining about staff not knowing about the stuff in the Icee's. I'm complaining on Carol who acted the way she did when she wasn't even asked for help to start with.
